Bruno Mars poses for Playboy
It is quite a rare happening, one which has taken place only 9 times in history: now it is Bruno Mars, who has become the 10th male to feature in the cover of Playboy magazine.
The twenty-six year old Grenade singer decorates the cover of the yearly Sex and Music edition, standing Raquel Pomplun, gorgeous Miss April. In a retro, the Tropicana-style photo shoot by the very popular Irish photographer named Tony Kelly. He poses in a blue colored convertible along with girls fawning over him. He portrays the ukulele, clothed in bath as swimsuit-clad Raquel Pomplun peers in from the other side.
One steamy shoot captures Bruno Mars being pushed from both the directions by these two beauties along with one staring jealously when the other one touches her lips with his lips.
The Grammy award winner is puffed over bringing together a select section of male Playboy cover featuring stars which includes Burt Reynolds, Peter Sellers, Donald Trump, Steve Martin, Gene Simmons, Jerry Seinfeld and Seth Rogen.

MARS NETS BRIT AWARD
Bruno Mars won the title for being the International Male Solo Artist at this year’s BRIT Awards after facing tough competition from the likes of Bon Iver, Aloe Blacc, Ryan Adams and David Guetta.
He was delighted when he took the stage accept his award from the stunningly beautiful Jessie J and the funny comedian Jack Whitehall.
While accepting the award, Bruno made a joke saying that that award statue is nearly taller than him. He thanked the people of UK for showing their support and also thanked his record company for believing in him. He then announced that his fans can expect his second album quite soon; a news which delighted the screaming fans.
Bruno won the Best International Breakthrough Act at last year’s BRIT Awards. It is not at all surprising that Bruno took the gong at this year’s awards ceremonies. He has lent his voice in some of the most successful songs of recent years, including Grenade, Marry You and Just the Way You Are. There is no doubt about the fact that many of his songs will be played for several years to come.
Last year, Bruno won the Grammy for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance for the song ‘Just the Way You Are’.
A few days ago the 26-year old singer also entertained the BRITs audience with another great performance.
Drug Case Dismissed
After successfully dealing with the conditions of his bail plea, Bruno Mars, the former child entertainer, is all set to avert a sentence for cocaine possession. Last year, the 26 year old star pleaded guilty in a court in Las Vegas, after Mars was arrested, in September 2010, with around 2.6 grams drugs in a casino.
Mars got a probationary sentence of two-hundred hours of community service, $2000 fine and 8 hours of drug counseling. After successfully serving the sentence for last year and keeping himself clean, Mars is ready to erase his criminal record.
In fact, Just the Way You Are star worked more than his requirement.
He worked for more than 230 for few non-profit establishments and children’s charities. If Mars had violated the conditions, he might have to spend 4 years in a state prison. Now, it seems that Bruno Mars is all set leave the controversy behind him and focus on his music career.
At the time Mars’ lawyer Richard Schonfeld in Las Vegas stated the judge Bruno Mars thought to meet the demands and his client has lived up to his promise.
Bruno Mars accepted that, in September 2010, he was carrying 2.6 grams of cocaine at the time when he was held back in a washroom after performing at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. He was arrested after a washroom attendant told a security guard that he thought someone had been taking cocaine there. According to police, Bruno said to the arresting officer that he never used cocaine before.
Blair Berk, who is Bruno Mars’ Los Angeles lawyer, told that the singer values the chance he got as a first time offender.
Bruno started his career at the age of four before shifting moving to Los Angeles in 2002.
